Submission of this application does not guarantee acceptance into the Tectonic subcontractor network. We review applications quarterly. The bench is small by design — most submissions won't be a fit, and it's rarely a comment on your craft. We'll only reach out if your application advances to the next round.
Our standard is high-end residential and luxury new construction. The trade partners we keep are crews who'd be proud to put their name next to ours on the project sign.
Active state license in your trade. General liability minimum $1M. Workers' comp if you carry employees.
Portfolio that demonstrates luxury-tier finish quality. Clean transitions, square corners, no callbacks.
Show up when you say you will. Communicate ahead of delays. Hit the dates we agree on.
Clean job site. Respectful around homeowners. No drug or alcohol incidents. Period.
Crews and equipment to handle our project sizes. We don't want a one-truck operation overcommitted.
2+ recent GC references — ideally on residential builds over $500K. We check every one.
